SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Shipping rates are calculated on the items ordered, weight of your shipment, the type of shipping service selected (Regular, Get it Faster, Express or International). If your order is shipped in multiple boxes or separate shipments the total shipping and handling charges are not affected but are prorated across each shipment.
To get the exact shipping cost, add items to your cart and enter your country, state and zip code in your cart page or checkout page.
We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS within the USA. International orders are shipped via , FedEx, UPS and DHL.
For Get it Faster shipments, we may use priority mail or express mail from either of the carriers listed above.
We ship from a state-of-the-art warehouse center in California.
At the time of checkout, you will be given the option to choose from available shipping methods. All shipping times are approximate and subject to product availability. Available items will be shipped and any item(s) on your order are out of stock, will be shipped when they are available. We will email you an estimate of the shipping date for all out of stock items.
Orders placed before noon PST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon (including express) are shipped the next business day.
SIGNING FOR PACKAGES
All orders over $150 require a signature on delivery.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Call us at (408) 239-4050 to request cancellation of an order. Any order that has not shipped will be cancelled at no charge and you will be refunded in the original form of payment. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our returns and exchange policy.
